ORDERING & SHIPPING
Once you have made your order in Goodio webshop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the following information: price of the order, ordered products, shipping costs and delivery address. In order to be able to send you a confirmation email, we need your email address that you are asked for during the shopping process.

SHIPPING TERMS 
- We sell goods to legal age private persons and companies in Finland and selected countries in Europe and the rest of the World.

- Our product prices include VAT

- Orders shipped outside the European Union are sold without Finnish VAT (0% VAT). Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices. The customer is responsible for all import-related costs, including taxes, duties, and handling fees charged upon delivery.

- Orders are processed mostly within 5 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Therefore, delivery time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after the 5 business days of processing are completed. However, during holidays processing time can be longer.

- If the shipment is faulty or products are wrong, please contact us without hesitation via phone or email. You can find our contact information below

- Once your order and payment are confirmed, there is no possibility to change, remove or add products nor change shipping methods.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times: 
Processing time mostly within 5 business days and delivery in Nordic EU-Countries 1-3, in rest of Europe 2-6 business days and non-European and non-EU-countries will take approximately 4-10 business days.
