Ordering & Contract Formation

Once you place an order in the Goodio webshop, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the price, ordered products, shipping costs, and delivery address.

A binding contract is formed when your order has been confirmed.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Shipping & Delivery

We sell goods to adult private individuals and companies in Finland and selected countries in Europe and internationally.

Product prices include VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside the European Union are sold without Finnish VAT (0% VAT). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed, modifications to the order or shipping method may not be possible due to our processing procedures.

If a shipment is incorrect or products are missing or wrong, please contact customer service without delay.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal and its applicability to specific product categories is provided in our Refund Policy and Withdrawal Form.

In case of conflict, mandatory consumer protection legislation shall prevail over these policies.
