Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as certain food products.
Food Products
Goodio chocolate products are handmade food products that are sensitive to temperature and storage conditions. Goodio considers these products to fall within the statutory exception described above.
Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered food products.
Gift Cards
The applicability of the right of withdrawal to gift cards depends on the nature of the product and the circumstances of purchase and delivery. If you wish to inquire about withdrawal rights for a gift card, please contact customer service (feedback@goodio.fi).
