Refund policy

Goodio products are handmade food products that are sensitive to temperature and storage conditions.

Due to the nature of these products and their sensitivity to environmental conditions, and because storage conditions after delivery cannot be reliably verified, Goodio considers these products to fall within the statutory exception applicable to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to such food products once delivered.

This assessment is based on the characteristics of the products and applicable consumer protection legislation.

This policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
