We are thrilled to announce that Nordic Flavors Metsä (Forest) chocolate just won the silver award in chocolate candy category as part of the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) 2020 sofi™ Awards, a top honor in the $158 billion specialty food industry.
Metsä was one of 148 winners selected by a panel of specialty food experts from nearly 2,000 entries across 39 product categories. Products are judged on taste, including flavor, appearance, texture and aroma, ingredient quality and innovation. All tastings are blind.

Nordic Flavors chocolates highlight the charm of the unique Nordic nature with the four special flavors: Berry, Flower, Forest, and Sea. The four flavors consist of vegan, organic and gluten-free chocolate that is topped with Nordic nature’s key elements.
Launched in January 2019, Nordic Flavors products won the Award for Outstanding Packaging Design at the top artisan chocolate show, Northwest Chocolate Festival in 2019. Goodio chocolates are available nationwide in select stores, including Whole Foods Market.
