SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE BOWL (makes two small bowls or one big)
2 dl (1 cup) frozen mango cubes
2 oranges
5 cm (2 in) piece of fresh ginger
5 cm (2 in) piece of fresh turmeric
pinch black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil
(Additional: 1 dl (1/2 cups) sea buckthorn)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add some water or coconut water if needed. Top with your favourite toppings. We used orange, oat yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes and pistachios. Enjoy!
