Enjoy your morning coffee in a form of smoothie! This delicious coffee smoothie does not only taste and look good, but also wakes you up in the morning.
200 g (1 cup) coffee
1 1/2 bananas
50 g (1/4 cup) coconut manna
50 g (1/4 cup) peanut butter
25 g (1/8 cup) lucuma
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings: coconut milk, peanut butter, melted raw chocolate, banana, buckwheat, pecan, cranberries, coffee beans (mix as u wish!)
Combine coffee, bananas, coconut manna, peanut butter, lucuma, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth. Add chia seeds and blend again shortly. Top and enjoy :)
