Double Chocolate Chips Cookies

   As you might have guessed I am have been slightly obsessed with homemade cookies lately. I have really been enjoying playing around with the different variations and flavours combination. This is the perfect cookie recipe if you like me are a complete chocolate addict. These cookies are uber chocolately, gooey in the middle with crunchy chocolate chunks on top. Pumpkin Cookie Dough Chocolate Balls

  Autumn is definitely the season of pumpkin-everything! I am definitely not complaining as I absolutely love pumpkins, they are so good for you, utterly delicious and work so well in many different dishes. This recipe has been my latest sweet obsession, I love how fudgy and gooey these balls are with a crunchy and decadent chocolate layer. As they are completely raw they are super easy to make and they are great to keep in the freezer for when a sweet craving strikes. Chocolate and Strawberries Cheesecake Cups

    To make the most of the summer's last strawberries I whipped up this super easy and fail proof dessert. It’s a great pudding to be served at any dinner parties as you can make it in advance and store it in the freezer. For the filling I instead of using cashews I experimented wit coconut milk and sunflower seeds which worked perfectly creating the creamiest of the consistency. Double Chocolate Bounty Bars

  If you are a fan of bounty bars you will definitely love these. I decided to add a fudgy chocolate bottom layer because you can’t ever have too much chocolate right? If you want to make even more indulgent you can also add extra melted chocolate in the base. I love adding some buckwheat groats for an extra crunch but feel free to leave them out. Chocolate Mousse & Chia Parfait

  This is such an easy and fuss free dessert. I love how simple it is to make and yet so delicious and satisfying. The chocolate mousse has to be my favourite part as it’s so rich, creamy and decadent. I love the contrast between the crunchiness of the crumble and the creamy chia pudding, it’s literally heaven in a mouth!
